2. First Time Users - Create Your Insight Quanta Profile and Confirm Your Email
First time user? Click "Create a User Profile.

Create your profile. Your Genius Practitioner is Kathy Spohn. Note: Your email must match the email you share with Kathy. Also, if you ever need to delete this APP to switch to a different device, be sure to log off first before deleting the APP.

3. Submit your picture and voice to Kathy directly from your Quanta Capsule APP!
Open Quanta Capsule APP. Click Menu (upper right 3 lines).

Click Upload Voice & Image. Enter Kathy's email: [email protected]

Enter Kathy's email address. (Not case sensitive.)

Find a quiet location. Click the Record microphone icon. Talk slowly for 15 seconds as the white timer bar moves across the screen. Example: "My name is (Your Full Name), A,E,I,O,U, I would like to focus on _______ during this session." Click, "Play" if you would like to listen. And, you may redo!
Click, "Upload Voice."

Capture just you in your photo. Touch the Photo image. Two options appear.Click, "Take a Picture." (Waist up) Click, "Use Photo" when you are satisfied. Click, "Upload Image." Click, "OK" and then "Finish." (Your image is private as it is embedded into the program.)

6. How to load your code into your Quanta Capsule to generate your list of frequencies

Open Your Quanta Capsule. Select Navigation (3 lines at the top right.)

Click Import Quanta Code.

Enter the code (copy and paste) which you will find in your email from Kathy (Insight Health Apps). This code is case sensitive. Click Ok. A list of items from your scan will automatically generate on your screen for your listening pleasure!

If you have more than one list to work with, you can label them and choose which to enjoy from your Playlist.

You may click add all items to the tray (or touch and drag individually). Set your slider timer and click the right arrow to play.

Extra Features:
When you click Change My Frequency Shape and Form from your menu, you will see some added choices of overlays for your listening pleasure! Also, when you click the play arrow, and would like to change it up a little, you can stop and start the sound and may notice some little variances in the Nature and Animal sound options.
