Your credit card service may send you an email or text to confirm. 
After you respond, they may reply to go ahead with this charge. 
You may need to go back to Kathy's referral link and start the charge process again.​

Fill in the two blanks, like this screenshot, with the proper amount and your information
Don't use the - / + boxes

Double check what you typed for accuracy, and click Confirm Submit

Verify your correct purchase price.
Fill in the form with the Purchaser's card billing information.
Untick the slider for "Save info & create your PayPal account"
Click, "Pay Now"
The next page should say "Top Up Success" with the amount displayed.
Inform Kathy that you made your purchase ASAP and give her
your shipping details, so she can place your order with a Stockist.
Name, Address, Phone #, and Email
After Kathy places your order, she will send you an email with more details.
