Download APP (preferred)
Choose appropriate download at Join.Me/APPS Open Open APP and Enter Meeting Code (TBA) Or, go to Join.Me and enter the meeting code (TBA) in the "Join Meeting" box. Arrive Arrive prior to scheduled starting time. If no one shows, event is canceled. Request help prior to the event, if needed. Before You KNOCK Enter your name and YL member number. You will not be recognized without typing this in the box. If you forget, back out and do. |
Voice and Screen Sharing
Once you have landed into our virtual classroom, click the "..." (more icon) at the top of your screen, and then click "Getting started." Pop up boxes will point you to two choices for connecting your sound. 1. Through the internet on your device, or 2. By calling a phone number. Video Conference Click the video camera icon in either your toolbar or your video bubble. Seating is limited for video conferencing, so if you must cancel, please unregister yourself. |
